1. Not medical advice
The Site provides general information about the medical services offered by Dr. Phillip Castellano and Castellano Health Institute. Content on the Site — including service descriptions, blog posts, FAQs, the Low-T self-assessment, and any quizzes or interactive tools — is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any condition or symptom you are experiencing. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
2. No doctor-patient relationship
Use of the Site, including reading content, submitting a contact form message, or completing the Low-T self-assessment, does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Castellano or Castellano Health Institute. A doctor-patient relationship is established only after an in-person visit at the clinic.

One conversation tells you whether this is the right fit.
Call the office to set up a 1-hour consult with Dr. Castellano. Bring whatever bloodwork you have on file — or fresh labs get ordered up front. Either way, you’ll leave with a real read on what’s going on.
Calling after hours? Leave a message — we’ll get back to you the next business day.
